Appointments

To schedule an appointment, simply call us at (517) 546-3180 during business hours. We will set up a time to see you as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

Cancellations

We reserve appointment times just for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible for us to give your scheduled time to another patient. We ask that you please only schedule definite appointments.

Insurance and Payment

Our office accepts most dental insurance plans. Please check with your employer regarding your plan if you are unsure. We will gladly fill out the necessary forms and submit them as a courtesy to you. Your estimated co-payment will be collected at the time of service. Please note, it is your responsibility to know your insurance coverage, limitations, and exclusions. These are constantly changing, making it impossible for us to accurately estimate our patient's coverage. Your insurance is a contract between your employer and insurance carrier. We cannot guarantee what your insurance will or will not cover. We ask all patients to be responsible for their estimated co-pay or their full balance at the time of service.
